Will anyone sprinkle the ocean over my head?
I want to be showered by submerged fish and sun

When I noticed that a hand pulled Lisa up, I thought that it’s highly possible that it’s Twelve!
"We used to look up in the sky and wonder about our place in the stars. Now we just look down and worry about our place in the dirt." - Interstellar (2014)
Hey there. This pallet, god. Took a long time trying to beat the colors into making some sense, and I learned a lot but my brain is fried. Please just imagine they’re by the sea having a little moment, and take me back to season one. ;v;
Bonus: Failed first attempt. I always want to do simple and clean with lines and flat colors but nope. By the time I realize, it’s already partway rendered and awkward-looking… and I usually end up having to go further…
There’s a moment, an instant or an eternity, where he is not Merlin. He is the earth and the sky and every creature that abides on its surface. He is time and memory and past and future all at once. He can feel the weight of everything pressing down on him, turning him inside out, learning him and knowing him… flaying his soul bare.
And then it stops. And there’s warmth. And light and just a doorway.
When he steps out on the other side, Arthur is there, beaming at him. “Merlin!”
And Merlin can feel him, can feel their connection, flooding into that empty space, filling it and making him whole. He all but stumbles the few steps forward, to be caught in Arthur’s arms. “Arthur,” he breathes.
my latest illustration! an ode to my troubled love/hate relationship with clutter.
help how did i get pulled back into merlin hell
i love stories like that, i love hearing about people who committed the first thirty years of their life to something and then turned thirty and decided to do something completely different. ina garten used to be a white house nuclear policy analyst. retta has a pre-med degree from duke and did pharmaceutical research for glaxosmithkline for years before she moved to los angeles. andrea bocelli was a defense attorney until he was 34. never too late to drop everything and do something completely different.
